Your application will alert us that you’re interested in ascertaining QEEGT or QEEGD certification. It’s helpful to have your application on file so we can guide you appropriately. There is a $200 application fee payable when the application is submitted. You can pay by clicking below or by sending a check to our office (address in site footer below). You will also need to review and accept our IQCB Standards and Ethics.
