Peggy Hill (Margaret), LCSW, QEEG-D, BCN, certified in HRV, of Windward Biofeedback Associates, specializes in psycho-physiological interventions for Migraines, Bipolar, Depression and Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and Autism and in brain mapping.
Windward Biofeedback Associates is located in the beach community of Kailua, on the Island of Oahu, in Hawaii. We work to create a family style treatment community in keeping witih the Island traditions of Hawaii. Support, community and gentleness are the guiding principles of the practice. Our waiting room is a lanai in the garden. Family members are invited into sessions when that is in keeping with the treatment. Teachers, doctors, and other professionals involved in an indidvidual's treatment contribute to the treatment hour when invited by the individual/family. Extensive parent support is offered.
Our practice family include Peggy Hill as senior therapist, George Carlson, MS, who specializes in working with very opposition children and their families, and Laura Rosas Leong, MA, who works primarily with ADHD and developmentally delayed children. Biofeedback and Neurofeedback guided by brain mapping and symptom inventories, are our primary interventions, however all associates are skilled in individual psychotherapy and parent support. Peggy has advanced training in the areas of Autism and PTSD, George is skilled in addictions counseling, and Laura is a trained art therapist.
