In 2018 he founded the IFEN-Neuroscience Lab which creates innovative products and applications which are used by Neurofeedback practitioners and Neuroscientists.
He created CAPITO a scientific test program to measure cognitive performance. Together with the Neurologist and data expert Dr. C. Garner he created the IFEN ERP-Analyzer which helps to measure Event-Related Potentials in a very convenient way.
He also created the novel and innovative IFEN-Pro-Z Protocol for Z-Score-Training Neurofeedback.
In his clinical work, he combines Neurofeedback pEMF, Photobiomodulation, NLP, and tDCS. Besides his clinical education programs for Neurofeedback therapists, he also gave numerous seminars and talked about Quantitative EEG, Peak Performance, Biofeedback, and effective Neurocognitive testing and training. He is also well known for his successful organizing of great international workshops with some of the best clinicians in the Neurofeedback field.
He has successfully trained numerous athletes, executives, and artists in his institute. Thomas Feiner is also a pioneer in transcranial Photobiomodulation in the research and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Still, he also promotes and teaches transcranial stimulation for Peak Performance and accelerates learning. In his Institute for EEG-Neurofeedback, he also supports neuroscientific studies and develops advanced Neurofeedback protocols with his professional team.
During the last years, he developed CAPITO, a software that allows cognitive testing and Event-Related Potentials (ERPs). It has become the most affordable system in measuring evoked potentials based on standalone software development.
Thomas Feiner holds diverse patents for the products he developed, like the gel-free EEG-Net called the Free-Cap.
And his software is also used in many clinics all over the world for the quick neuropsychological test of attention and impulse control.
